Rezumat:

The paper covers a range of e-government and e-services portals mainly addressed to citizens that contribute to improving the life of the civil society.

The emphasis of this article is on the digital initiatives belonging to the European area, mainly e-government and eservices initiatives and projects developed and financed by the European Commission.
