Development and Administration of the CERT.ro Prototype Website using a CMS Tool based on the Open Source Project – JOOMLA

Abstract:

The paper presents the implementation of the CERT.ro site. The purpose of this site is to design an adequate information framework in the area of “cyber - security” on national level, by creating databases with incidents reported by vary entities. This information framework offers answers to reported incidents, identifies the most adequate information transfer media, facilitates national and international cooperation, as well as, access to external information resources.
