The present paper wants to present and develep a subject that lately is in middle of many disputes and controversies, which are, in fact, very positive and constructive ones, for the modern society, where the citizen asks, pretend and is owner of some services which are to become very closely to be personalized to his needs. It is also about the tendency of the citizen in the modern digital society to participate at the administrative decisions which are to be taken for the benefit of the community, region, and country or super-market territory. This dispute is referring to the unlimited possibilities offered by the user of the mobile wireless and phone devices in the designing and the implementation of services type applications which are absolutely necessary to the actual era of living. In these aspects, this paper has the merit of initiating the main steps toward the determination of the specifications concerning the impact of the proposed solutions by the m-services concept on market of services at the intersection between information era and digital era of living.
