Abstract:

There is defined the concept of informatics oriented towards citizen. There are presented the characteristics of informatics applications built for citizens. There are defined procedures for building entry data. There are established the types used for entry data in informatics application oriented towards citizens and ways of validation. There are analyzed the effects developed by the procedures of efficient validations.
