TEORIA RICATTI GENERALIZATĂ PENTRU SISTEME CU TIMP MORT. ABORDARE INDEPENDENTĂ DE ÎNTÂRZIERI

The paper is dedicated to the study of several concepts related to the Generalized Riccati Theory in the case of the Time Delay Systems (TDS). Several fundamental results are extended and generalized in the case of the TDS through an analogy with several fundamental concepts presented in [5] for the case of the delay free systems. The approach is independent of the delay values. The results are original and to the extent of our knowledge published for the fist time. The paper also presents several potential practical benefits of this theory and explains in an intuitive manner the link between several concepts and concrete aspects of the automatic control problems, to bring this approach closer to the world of the real applications.
