Succesul unui sistem expert depinde în bună măsură şi de capacitatea de explicare a acestuia. Lucrarea descrie o modalitate de dezvoltare a modulului explicativ şi, de asemenea, prezintă două variante de implementare a facilităţii de explicare în limbajul Prolog.
