eGovernment Digitalization Level in Romania

Abstract:

This paper addresses the issue of digitization of electronic public services ( G2C – Government to Citizen ) at a national level, both in terms of citizen – the user of these services, and in terms of public managers of the central government institutions responsible for implementing those services.
