Strategic Management of Sustainable Development in Organizations

Abstract:

The paper presents a generic model for strategic management of organizations to develop sustainable, a set of methods and associated software tools to determine the specific objectives of strategic management in sustainable development organizations and strategic measures based on balanced scoreboard - BSC (balanced Scorecard), the integration question-as-objective methods - GQM (Goal-questionMetric) and SWOT analysis.
