Abstract:

This paper presents the European project Romulus. The project provides a suitable agile methodology to develop applications with the Meta Framework concepts and improve the Roma Meta Framework itself. This methodology is based on Iterative development, Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Development, Soft goals, division by Aspect and Best Practices
