Determination of the Impact Velocity of a Motorvehicle According to Crush Measurements Using REC-TEC Platinium Program

In this article are presented the main characteristics of the reconstruction traffic incidents (car collisions) program REC-TEC Platinum. There are emphasized the main subrutines: CRASH 3 / CRUSH V for estimation of the impact velocity using body crush width and depth.
