eLearning: Actors and Instruments

Abstract:

Main objective of an eLearning system is that every student receives in proper functioning of an eLearning system requires specific instruments for the activities of the three users: participant, instructor and administrator. This paper presents the changes new technologies had on learning system from the point of view of actors involved (professor, student, and administrator), as well as the most used instruments for creating web courses, web applications for eLearning systems.
