Abstract:

This paper provides a model for the strategic management and the performance measurement of the IT projects of one organization, a set of methods and software tools for the determination of strategic management specific objectives and measures (indicators) for organizations and IT projects performance based on the Balanced ScoreCard (BSC) system and the Goal Question Metric (GQM) technique.
