STABILIREA ȘI EVALUAREA CALITĂȚII PENTRU E-SERVICII

Abstract:

The paper presents the principles used in order to determine the QoS parameters for e-services. In the modem communications systems the quality of services represents an important element for the users estimation on the service, resspectively on the system. The offer of the service depends on the service providers and on the communication system while the users are the beneficiaries for the offered quality. The paper analyses the general parameters used for e-services defining and a general schema for QoS evaluation is presented.
