Abstract: In the context of the emergence of a new decade of the XXIst century, a further geographical enlargement of the EU and changes within political paradigmsand the world balance of power, it was considered by the authors imperative, a brief foray into European public law. Thus, the article below is debating the possible existence of a European Union viewed from the perspective of the utopian libertarian school of thought.
