Abstract: Due to richness of cultural heritage witch contain mobile cultural heritage, immobile, immaterial, libraries, visual arts, written culture, religious culture etc, this study, presents a radiography of valorification of digital content found in the romanian libraries  as promoting romanian cultural values in Europe and worldwide.

From informational perspective, was considerated as a catalyst of valorification and promoting the romanian cultural values, preservation of cultural identity, information and communications technology, by using the most suitable Web technologies available at this hour, all this and using concept of semantic Web.
