Abstract: The paper presents the IMM-MAN-E+L software, that is an electronic courses generator meant for SMEs managers’ livelong learning. After the software arhitecture’s short description, one specifies the digital content management’s modality and the learning and  the verifying of assimilated knowledge’s manner. Finally one makes few considerations on the advatages of this system.
