Processes of Emulation for Testing Mobile Applications

Abstract: The paper describes the need to test mobile applications in emulated environments. There are identified different categories of mobile applications and their characteristics. It is described the concept of software emulation and there are mentioned development environments and emulators for mobile applications. There are described different use-case scenarios for emulators and main options needed to be set.
