Abstract: Permanent Amendment of laws, strong competition to European Union States, constant currency fluctuation, and the lack of information often gives an instability the business environment. The present article aims to design a cloud system to optimise business management in rural areas. Scientific contribution is identified by analysis of technical solutions for deployment of modern computing technologies in the field of rural economy and the business environment.
