New approaches in support of dissemination and valuation of results of scientific research and technological development

Abstract: In this paper are presented the results of a detailed analysis of financial and IT tools in terms of dissemination and promotion of R & D results both at national and European level. It also presents the Integrated Information System, the design part, for the dissemination and promotion of RDI results. The main objective of the information system is to create a functional ecosystem between RDI providers, applicants and intermediaries by introducing functionalities that facilitate the interaction between these three categories of institutional actors. Unlike existing software infrastructures, this platform includes, for the first time, innovation intermediaries as institutional actors that establish partnerships between producers and RDI beneficiaries who are unaware of their complementary and collaborative potential.
