Abstract: This paper presents the results of research conducted within the research project “eCultural Highway – Creating a cultural highways in Romania” plan R & D sector of the Ministry for Information Society. The paper presents the facilities offered by the web portal, its architecture, components and functionality. In addition the paper presents the levels of information display towards the users.
